What am I doing currently 🎯
I’m currently leading end-to-end UX research at Greenway Health across multiple EHR platforms—Intergy, Prime Suite, and the AI-powered Greenway Clinical Assist (GCA) 🤖. My work involves planning and executing mixed-method research (user interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, and more) to uncover insights that directly inform design and product strategy 🚀.
